SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

At KeepuKool, we want to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping options, costs, and delivery times.


FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the United States. Orders under $50 and international orders are subject to the shipping rates shown at checkout.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During busy periods (holidays, sales events, product launches), processing times may be slightly longer. We will do our best to keep you informed if there are any delays.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days — Free on orders over $50, otherwise calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days — Calculated at checkout
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day — Calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Delivery times do not include processing time.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA)

Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days — Calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days — Calculated at checkout

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. KeepuKool has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (REST OF WORLD)

Standard Shipping: 10-21 business days — Calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days — Calculated at checkout

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The carrier used for your order will be included in your shipping confirmation email.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.


SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for standard shipping within the United States. Expedited and overnight shipping options are not available for P.O. Box addresses.


UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. KeepuKool is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@keepukool.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund.

Please save all packaging materials and take photos of any damage, as the carrier may require this information to process a claim.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Some items may have shipping restrictions to certain locations due to size, weight, or local regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, you will be notified during checkout.
